Directed by Randee St. Nicholas, the 2019 music video features Underwood as a lounge singer in a dimly lit bar, exchanging glances with a fellow patron, culminating in a shared drink and a fleeting connection. The video earned Underwood two CMT Music Awards in 2020: Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year.
