Co-written by Michael Hardy, Hillary Lindsey, and Jake Mitchell, and produced by Joey Moi and Derek Wells, the song narrates the story of a young couple whose lives are transformed by an unexpected pregnancy, highlighting themes of responsibility and the unforeseen paths life can take. The accompanying music video, directed by Justin Clough and shot in Watertown, Tennessee, visually depicts this narrative, following the couple’s journey from teenage parenthood to raising a child who grows up to become a firefighter, ultimately saving his mother’s life in a dramatic twist.
