Know Yourself is a deeply introspective track by Kae Tempest, released on April 30, 2025, as the second single from their upcoming fifth studio album, “Self Titled,” set for release on July 4, 2025. Co-produced with Grammy-winning producer Fraser T. Smith, the song features a dialogue between Tempest’s younger and older selves, exploring themes of self-discovery and personal growth. The accompanying music video, directed by boy dykes, Juliette Larthe, Jess Kohl, Lydia Garnett, and Jesse Glazzard, was filmed in London’s oldest barbershop and features appearances by queer icons such as Princess Julia, Joelle Taylor, Sweatmother, Debbie Smith, and Dr Ronx.
