The final track to be taken from the Clean EP, released on November 6th on Dirty Hit Records
The Japanese House (a.k.a 20 year-old Amber Bain) is today revealing ‘Sugar Pill’, the fourth and final track to be taken from her new EP, Clean.
Recorded during the summer with George Daniel and Matthew Healy, ‘Sugar Pill’ offers another insight into the depths of this mesmerising new artist. Leading out with cinematic felt piano the track builds on EP tracks ‘Cool Blue’, ‘Clean’ and ‘Letter By The Water’, whilst harnessing heady synths and dripping guitar melodies that mix effortlessly with luscious, engulfing, brooding electronica.
Following the release of her acclaimed debut EP, Pools To Bathe In, earlier this year, which saw Zane Lowe make track ‘Still’ his last ever “Hottest Record” on Radio 1, the young Londoner will release her new EP on the 6th of November through Dirty Hit Records, which arrives on the back off her recent sold-out debut U.K tour and sees her continue to push the parameters of her engaging alt-pop.
